1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations between Naïs Bonnaffoux, sole proprietor, and any individual or legal entity wishing to benefit from makeup, hairstyling, or self-makeup lessons.
Any booking automatically implies full acceptance of these TCS without reservation.
2. Services Provided
Naïs Bonnaffoux offers a range of beauty services, including:
Bridal makeup and hairstyling
Makeup and hair for photoshoots, events, evenings, etc.
Personal self-makeup lessons
Services are carried out at the studio in Peypin d’Aigues or on-site, by appointment only.
Each service is customized according to the client’s needs and the quote issued.
3. Booking and Deposit
A booking is confirmed only after:
Signing the quote or contract, and
Payment of the required deposit (amount specified in the quote).
Without these elements, the date is not reserved and may be assigned to another client.
Deposits (“arrhes”) are neither refundable nor transferable, except in cases of force majeure (accident, serious illness, death of a close relative, with proof).
In accordance with Article 1590 of the French Civil Code:
If the client cancels, the deposit is retained by the service provider.
If the service provider cancels, the deposit is refunded to the client.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods:
Cash
Bank transfer
Cheque
Payment schedule:
For bridal packages with trial:
1st payment upon signing the quote (one-third of the total amount)
2nd payment on the day of the trial (half of the remaining amount)
3rd payment on the wedding day (final balance)
For packages without trial:
Payment in two installments: 50% at booking, 50% on the service day.
The booking is validated only after payment of the deposit and signature of the contract.
If the remaining balance is not paid at least the day before the service, the provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
5. Client Cancellation or Modification
a. Strict Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation less than 30 days before the service date results in the full loss of the deposit.
Any cancellation less than 7 days before the service (including weddings) results in the full amount being due.
If a trial has been carried out, it remains due in all cases.
No refund will be issued for services already performed or started.
b. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
A maximum of two reschedules is allowed; beyond this, the deposit is forfeited.
For weddings, a new date must be set within one month. After this period, the service will be considered cancelled.
6. Provider Cancellation or Rescheduling
In case of illness, accident, or any event preventing the service provider from performing the service, Naïs Bonnaffoux will offer:
A rescheduled appointment, or
If not possible, a full refund of any amounts paid.
For weddings, the provider commits — where possible — to finding a qualified replacement to carry out the service.
7. Travel Fees
On-location services incur travel fees, which are specified at the time of booking.
The client must provide any useful access information (building code, floor number, parking, etc.).
Parking or meter fees are the responsibility of the client.
8. Client Delay
A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in:
A reduced service duration, or
If the schedule does not allow it, cancellation of the appointment without refund of the deposit.
9. Hygiene and Safety
Naïs Bonnaffoux commits to strict hygiene standards: tools are sanitized between clients, and only professional, EU-compliant products are used.
The client must inform the provider of any allergies or skin sensitivities in advance.
The provider cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions not disclosed beforehand.
10. Image Rights
Unless the client explicitly refuses in writing, Naïs Bonnaffoux is authorized to use photographs or videos taken during services for communication purposes (website, social media, professional portfolio).
If the client refuses, they must inform the provider in writing (email or letter).
The provider is not responsible for photos posted online by other vendors or guests.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected (name, contact details, service information) is used solely for booking management and invoicing.
Under the GDPR, the client may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting the email above.
12. Force Majeure
The provider cannot be held liable in the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond her control (natural disaster, accident, illness, strike, etc.) preventing the service from being carried out.
In such cases, a reschedule or refund may be offered.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These TCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt an amicable resolution.
Failing that, the matter will be brought before the competent court for the provider’s business location.
14. Client Acceptance
By booking or signing the contract, the client acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
